Mahkamah Tinggi hari ini memutuskan bahawa dokumen yang didakwa sebagai Titah Adendum berkaitan penahanan rumah Najib Razak adalah tidak sah dan tidak boleh dilaksanakan.
Keputusan itu bermakna Najib akan terus menjalani hukuman penjara di Penjara Kajang seperti yang telah ditetapkan sebelum ini, tanpa sebarang perubahan kepada status penahanannya.
Mahkamah menegaskan bahawa sebarang keputusan melibatkan pengampunan atau perubahan hukuman mesti dibuat melalui proses yang sah mengikut Perlembagaan Persekutuan, termasuk keputusan rasmi Mesyuarat Lembaga Pengampunan. Dokumen yang dikemukakan sebagai Titah Adendum didapati tidak pernah diputuskan atau diperakui oleh lembaga berkenaan.
Hakim turut menegaskan bahawa prerogatif pengampunan diraja tidak boleh dilaksanakan di luar kerangka undang-undang dan prosedur yang ditetapkan.
Keputusan ini sekali gus menamatkan spekulasi berpanjangan mengenai kemungkinan Najib menjalani baki hukuman di bawah tahanan rumah.
Dalam hal ini, semua pihak perlu menghormati keputusan mahkamah. Sistem keadilan hanya berfungsi apabila keputusan kehakiman diterima dan dipatuhi tanpa tekanan politik, sentimen emosi atau cubaan mengelirukan rakyat.
Mahkamah telah memutuskan.
Undang-undang telah berjalan.
Keputusan ini perlu dihormati oleh semua.
Harap si Najib boleh kekal di penjara … dulu, kini dan selamanya!

First : Umno President Ahmad Zahid Hamidi will be Prime Minister;
Second : Judicial Institutions and the Attorney General controlled and weakened;
Third : Najib will be released from prison and Zahid Hamidi will be freed from charges of corruption and abuse of power;
Fourth : Malaysia will emulate the failure of Sri Lanka. Widespread corruption and the collapse of the governance of national affairs;
Fifth : The economy will fail to recover. The cost of living continues to rise. The value of the ringgit remain low, inflation soaring, food supplies are cut off, foreign direct investment (FDI) declining, national income decreasing but the national debt, which is now more than One trillion, continues to increase;
Sixth : Malaysia will be a failed country in all respects. Politics is unstable because of the policy of breaking orders using racial and religious issues;
Seventh : The war against corruption is stalled. The Legislature (Parliament), the Judiciary and the Executive will be controlled. The principle of separation of powers disabled;
Eighth : The young generation is the victim. The future is dark because of dim economic prospects, gloomy job opportunities, sustainable development with high salary opportunities cannot be realized;
Ninth : Malaysia will continue to be left behind in the fierce competition in the ASEAN region and globally in the fields of economy, social, education and sustainable environmental preservation; and
Tenth : Efforts to build the unity of the People in a democratic country with integrity, prosperity and full of hope to face the future cannot be achieved;
Conclusion : Under the BN Government which is involved in the symptoms of kleptocracy, corruption at the highest level, corruption and loss of integrity, breach of trust and misuse of power for decades will only drag Malaysia and its people into the abyss of destruction, darkness and destruction.
Now is the right time for Malaysians to make a decision.
